Saying he moves to Naumburg at the beginning of the month and is trying to find out what his commitments there will be in the first half of October, asking if his talk could be postponed to later in October, adding that he approves of Bismarck as a subject for the talk but that he wording of the title is difficult because he wants to speak on many different things "gravitating" around art, etc.
